Nur eines von vier Häusern in der Stadt Ardmore (Pennsylvania) wurde realisiert. Auffällig ist der Flächenbedarf für Erschließung und Individualverkehr im Verhältnis zur Wohnfläche.

» […] This search [to maximize the area of garden on a small lot] led to the "Quadruple homes." The first of these, and the only ones built, were the Suntop homes for the Todd Company in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, in 1939. […] The idea for the quadruple homes had precedents in Wright's work as far back as the residential land development plan he had formulated for the Chicago City Club competition of 1913. Similar plans had also accompanied the Broadacre City proposals. « V.) 2

Für das 'Defense Housing Program' der US-Regierung wurden auf einem 100 Acre [40,47 ha] Areal VII.) in Pittsfield Massachusetts 25 "Fourplex" [Vierfach] Häuser für 100 Familien IV.) 7 entworfen, aber letztlich nicht realisiert.

Geplant war der Einsatz standardisierter Betonfertigteile, um den engen Kostenrahmen von $3,500 VI.) 3 pro Einheit [$14,000 pro Vierfach-Haus] einzuhalten. Entlang der Wohnungstrennwand verbesserte ein 16 x 36 Fuß [4,9 x 11 m] Lichthof in jedem Quadranten Belichtung und Befüftung. V.) 2

Perspektive [5742.017] zeigt eine Siedlung mit zumindest. 31 Fourplex Wohnhäusern. "Car Courts" an den Grundstücksgrenzen erlauben ein Wegenetz ähnlich dem Quadruple Block Plan, jedoch ohne [Block-] Raster.
