Projekt für den Marquette Park, Chicago, undatiert (nach 1945 [1955 ?]) [Die Illustration links steht auf dem Kopf!]

Der Plan zeigt die allmähliche, schrittweise (vielleicht sogar stückwerkhafte) 'Erosion des städtischen [gridiron] Rasters', wie von Hilberseimer vielfach vorangetrieben […]. Das Gebiet nördlich [!] des Marquette Parks in Chicago (W 67th Street - W 59th Street) soll sich von der Typologie eines Rasters mit hoher Dichte, hin zu einer Fischgrät- [Leiter] Struktur mit Sackstrassen und geringer Dichte entwickeln, und so ein 'Urbs in Horto' Gartenstadtideal ermöglichen.

In seiner [ungewollten] Umkehrung - eine echte Eingebung!
